The Crown Prince´s Carriage

A berlin-type carriage built in Stockholm between 1763 and 1768.
The carriage was made for Crown Prince
Gustav III. It was built by Fredrik Degen. Carvings by the sculptor
Israel Barcker and paintings by swedish artist Lorens Gottman

It was drawn by six horses with the gold and blue state harness.

The Crown Prince´s Carriage was used for the last time in 1860.
Together with the other coaches it was driven in the coronation procession
of King Karl XV.

This carriage is a part of the Royal Armory collection at the Royal palace in Stockholm.
